HLC has been clinically documenting that our self-help exercises will decrease the duration, intensity and frequency of our students emotional upsets by 35% (on average) after only 15 Self-mastery classes.

To document this clinical evidence we require all our students to subjectively measure their clinical results after every 15 classes.
