In a perfectly evolving Universe it is no coincidence that you are now learning about (or are already a part of) Holistic Learning Centers. HLC’s Executive TEAM has intentionally created a recruitment prayer to attract other “Spirit First!” people who want to help us bring our clinically proven Self-Mastery Exercises and Interactive Training Programs to the national Self-Help Community.

As the founder of HLC I have invested thirty-one years developing HLC into a well grounded, spiritually based, human potential, training organization. HLC is currently in an organizational growth cycle so we need a few spiritually based leaders to help us expand.

HLC’s Spiritual Life Coaching Professional Certification Courses are the most technically advanced curriculums offered in the USA today. HLC’s spiritual life coaching students are taught how to create permanent behavioral change, using diagnostic exercises that will pin point their cleints key self-help objectives. Next they are taught how to facilitate clinically proven self-help exercises, so their clients will achieve their self-help objectives within a 30 class curriculum.

I wrote this letter to help potential HLC trainers, coaches, administrators and managers learn why a career with HLC offers much more than a salary.

1. A MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY that puts "Spirit First!" - We know that the emotional fitness level of our employees, coaches and trainers is based on how well our HLC TEAM aligns our actions with our intentions. Our Spiritual Relationship model, Seven Spiritual By-Laws and Responsibility Communication rules of order (see Lesson # 6 in the Self-mastery Textbook) creates a centered, well-grounded, "Spirit First!" work environment that supports the whole TEAM to accomplish all of our personal, spiritual and organizational goals and intentions.

2. GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION - Living where ever you want to live is one of the benefits of being selected to be part of the HLC TEAM because you do not have to relocate to New Jersey to be a member of the TEAM, you can live anywhere in the 48-states.

3. FINANCIAL FREEDOM- It is important that all HLC TEAM members become financially free, so that we "walk our financial talk" by modeling for our students how to manifest financial freedom using our powers of conscious intention.

In recent years, the demand for complimentary medicine and related holistic and self-help services has increased tremendously and with it the demand for professional Holistic Practitioners, Self-Actualization Trainers and Self-mastery Coaches & Counselors. The popularity of TV shows such as the Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Phil Shows are proof that more and more people are seeking to expand their self-knowledge and heal emotionally. When you combine this ever-expanding self-help interest with the massive amount of corporate layoffs, it proves that the demand for holistic careers and services will continue to grow well into the future.

The complimentary medicine industry is no "fad" because it reported revenues in excess of 100 billion dollars (Time Magazine) in 1999; "A 1993 study, which found that one in three Americans had used alternative therapies estimated that they spent almost $14 billion a year on them, more than people spent out of their pockets for conventional medicines" Life Magazine 9/96 pg. 39; "Courses and lectures with spiritual themes are drawing standing-room-only crowds.”

This fall 2000 people showed up for a conference on Body & Soul. Holistic Centers like Interface in Cambridge, Mass offers 700 courses to 20,000 registrants up from 13,000 just three years ago" Newsweek 11/28/94 pg. 54; "Why medical schools teach meditation. With 1 in 3 Americans turning to alternative healers, a government panel has prescribed a change in doctors". Now more MDs-to-be are studying cures from herbs to prayer" USA Weekend 2/21/97. The complimentary medicine industry is definitely here to stay because it is simply a blending of technically advanced Western medicine with well-proven healing methods from the East.

HLC's instructional objective is to keep providing our students with the most advanced and effective training courses and educational systems in the Self-help industry. We pride ourselves in delivering more than is expected. We have established an excellent reputation for providing quality educational services based on our "Spirit First!" management style. HLC has developed a unique set of clinically tested healing exercises that we use to maintain a high level of successful delivery of services promised to our students in our promotional literature.

HLC is a new division of Hu Dalconzo's training company called LIFE Seminars. We are currently expanding HLC into a nationally recognized, multimillion-dollar training company.

To accomplish our goal, we need to recruit, hire and train a few more key administrators, managers, trainers and coaches. During our current growth stage, we will recruit a "Spirit First!" inner core of key executives and administrators, could you be one of them?

Hu Dalconzo
Founder of HLC

JIM VAN NOSTRAND, Jim is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and has been working in a Vice-President capacity within Corporate Human Resources field for over thirty years for companies such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Citicorp and Union Pacific Corporation. Jim has been the Village Administrator for the Village of Southampton, Long Island, for the past ten years. Jim was formerly the President of the L.I.F.E. Seminars group and assisted in many of their weekend seminars. Jim is a graduate of the Self-Parenting Intensive Program and is currently the Chairman of the Holistic Learning Centers, Inc. Board of Directors. He additionally is involved in conducting one day self-improvement workshops and is active in public speaking both in his municipal position and, as a positive advocate for the success of HLCs’ programs.

"I have been a student of Holistic Learning Centers since November of 2000. Since that time I have noted an obvious expansion of my consciousness and rapid spiritual growth. As a physician, I had to master many ego-based learning methods that were required in my work. Because of my HLC studies, I have greater access to my spiritual powers, which allows me to integrate both aspects of my "Self." DR. JANE SENNETT, D.O., Jane is a graduate from UNDNJ-SOM and is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician. She has been practicing in New Jersey's Monmouth and Union Counties for seven years. Prior to pursing her career in medicine, she was an assistant production editor for Hearst Publishing in NYC and a technical writer/customer support representative for Chanel, Inc. She is the mother of two wonderful, little girls and has been happily married for 8 years. Dr. Sennett began exploring Holistic Healing over nine years ago through various readings and courses to improve her practice of medicine as well as improve herself spiritually. After working with Holistic Learning Center she has improved her relationships with her family as well as her patients. She knows it has helped her to be a better healer for her patients and a better healer of herself. Dr Jane is one of HLC's editors.

MICHELE QUESENBERRY, Michele has a dynamic background in EXPERIENTIAL HEALING SEMINARS. She has over 12 years of event management experience coordinating seminars domestically and internationally for such well-known speakers as Anthony Robbins and Col. Edward L. Hubbard, USAF (Retired). As a Certified Ropes Course Facilitator, she has developed and delivered various experiential programs for diversified populations including 12-step groups, youth and families-at-risk, the emotionally challenged, corporate groups, and advanced trainers and facilitators. Michele is an experienced HLC Certified Holistic Spiritual Counselor and she is responsible for the second edition of the Coaches and Counselors professional certification training manuals.

JANE CHRIST, Jane is the mother of two college students and has a degree in Education/Psychology from Clemson University. She is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and a Holistic Spiritual Counselor in Training. She also holds a National Certification as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant. Jane is the founder of InnerWorks Natural Health Center, which includes massage and various other body therapies, a holistic MD, a chiropractor, and yoga classes. Her spiritual training includes 15 years of Concept Therapy study and instruction. Jane is an HLC Certified Self-mastery Life Coach and she was the primary editor for the Self-mastery textbook.

HU DALCONZO Hu@HolisticLearningCenter.com, After graduating from college, Hu spent eight years teaching the emotionally handicapped in inner city schools, before he became an executive in the franchise industry. His desire to become a Self-actualization trainer was germinated in 1970 when he attended a very powerful transformational course that altered his then "old world" view of reality. The course stimulated him to begin researching the unique relationship between the mind, body and spirit, and he has been on a spiritual quest ever since. In 1977, Hu founded a Self-actualization training company called The L.I.F.E. Training (LIFE is an acronym for Love, Integrity, Freedom, and Esteem) as an avocation.

Then, in 1995, Hu started accepting students who wanted to learn about the Self-mastery techniques that he developed during his 25 years as a student of L.I.F.E. and so Holistic Learning Centers was merged with the renamed LIFE Seminars and the rest is history.

HLC is first and foremost a Self-actualization Training School and Self-mastery Counseling Center for people who seek to actualize their own Self-mastery!
